Shipping Information
1/ Teltonika
All Teltonika hardware is shipped out of Melbourne Vic.
Orders a sent out of Melbourne via TNT Express. Orders placed prior to 2pm AEST are typically dispatched same day. Tracking information is supplied.
2/ Cel-fi and Blackhawk
Cel-fi and Blackhawk products are shipped directly from the distributor in Southport on the Gold Coast or out of Sydney. Goods can also be collected from here if required.
Orders placed prior to 2pm AEST are typically dispatched same day via Star Track Express. Some orders such as cel-fi kits are often split up and sent using two different carriers.
At this time, the distributor does not operate a live stock system and occasionally some goods may be out of stock. In this instance we will advise back order time frames or offer a full refund, whichever the customer prefers. In some circumstances final freight costs may vary wildly. If this occurs the customer will be notified and can choose to pay the difference or choose a full refund.
3/ Drop Shipping
All stock can be drop shipped. Invoices are never sent with goods purchased.

1/ Teltonika Hardware
LTEGear is a direct importer of Teltonika-Network products. We supply to wholesalers, resellers, trade and to the end customer. For industry related business or if you would like to purchase quantity units, please contact us and we will move your account to a wholesale price level before purchase.
For extra large orders we generally need a three week lead time. For these orders we require a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% prior to shipping. We will endeavour to beat any genuine quote.
2/ Cel-fi and Blackhawk
Sorry, we do not provide wholesale pricing on these products.

1/ Accounts
For government organisations please contact us and we will promptly set one up. Otherwise in general we do not offer credit accounts at this time.
2/ Payments
Website payments are processed via a secure gateway. We do not store credit card information on site. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal are all accepted payment types.
